my vehicle was perfectly fine up until I took it to get serviced. not even 5 minutes being there, the gentleman put the reader on my car and starts saying my vehicle has all kinds of lights flashing on my dashboard and I explained to him to my vehicle was fine until he put that reader on it and then he proceeded stating that it was be $215 plus tax to read the codes and I refused simply bc I have my own code reader at home. I got my vehicle back with NO lights flashing on my dashboard. not sure what he tried doing but I was not able to speak with management.

I came in due to an issue with my tire, as the lug nuts could not be removed. It was determined that during my previous service visit, the lug nuts had been over-torqued. What is especially concerning is that during that prior visit, I was already charged for lug nut replacement because they had been over-driven at that time, yet the issue clearly was not resolved. During this visit, the service personnel informed me that there was a nail in my tire and that it would be patched. I was charged for this repair. However, while driving home—approximately 30 minutes away—the same tire went completely flat. I then took my vehicle to Walmart, where it was confirmed that the tire had not been patched at all. The object was still in the tire. Because I unknowingly continued driving on an unpatched tire, I now need a full tire replacement. This expense was entirely avoidable and occurred due to the negligence of the service department. When I contacted the service department to report this, the gentleman I spoke with stated that he never told me my tire needed a patch and then asked what I wanted him to do. This response was unacceptable. Not only was there no accountability taken, but I was left to absorb the additional costs caused by their failure to perform the service I was charged for. Overall, this experience reflects poor workmanship, miscommunication, and a lack of responsibility. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service department based on how this situation was handled

They ruined my vehicle!on 1/13 I arrived at 9:30am to belle glade chevrolet.the initial purchase was okay. I was unhappy that I had to drive two hours away to pick up the vehicle and bring it back to belle glade chevy and put a 100plus miles on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I feel that they should have transferred that vehicle while I was waiting all day long. We arrived back at belle glade chevy around 6:30pm, on the drive, my complaint of the vehicle was at the steering wheel was crooked, and it pulled. This salesman gave this information to the general sales manager. When I arrived back at the dealership, paperwork wasn't completed until after 7:30pm. The general sales managers offer was to bring the truck back any day that week or the following week for the alignment and multiple point inspection. He did ask if I wanted the vehicle detailed before I left that night. I declined.I did not want his guys or me to have to stay any later especially if I was returning in the upcoming days for repairs. I unknowingly drove my truck and parked it for the last time on the 21st. On the 22nd i was back at the dealership as requested at 6:30pm. They were just finishing the detail. I inspected the outside of the truck and was pleased. I visually inspected the steering wheel, it looked okay. The sale's man took my truck across the street to top off the tank.But instead of putting gas, he put diesel. The general sales manager walked outside on his phone across the street to the gas station. When I saw the hood of my truck up the salesman with his hands on his head, and kicking my tire, I walked over. He claims he made an honest mistake, i believe this was all intentional based on the events that follow. I first called my husband, he told me that they have just ruined my truck and that they need to give me a new one right now. I was crying, this is my dream truck, a major purchase just ruined. Every phone call I made each person told me the same thing they need to give you a new truck. I waited until the tow truck came, I waited until the truck was placed in the shop, I unfortunately had to wait to go home, their negligence had now affected my home life and my mental health. They know that I have past trauma due to gilbert chevrolet in Okeechobee fl, when they backed my husband's rear bumper into something¬ only did not disclose the damage, but they tried to cover it up with paint. Poorly.The 23rd at 9:30am my husband met me at the dealership,combined income lost for the day$800plus.it was a quick interaction near the truck they told us they purchased a fuel pump there's nothing wrong with your truck it'll be fine, but let me show you this truck. It was the exact same truck with about a $500 difference in window price based on the color. We said this is exactly what we want!We do not feel safe taking a vehicle back that the has had major components compromised due to their negligence. The general salesmanager said, okay, he'll work the numbers and get right back to us. We didn't leave until 6:30pm. Our options are to take a truck that is damaged and not factory original like I had paid for,or to buy the same exact truck but with a 6k increase to my loan. They refuse to fix my truck with all new parts. And they say there is nothing wrong. But if that was true, why would they order a fuel pump. Regardless if parts are fixed, I do not feel comfortable putting my family in a vehicle that could die while driving. It is unjust that I have to suffer with the consequences of their negligence. All I want is a truck that is original from factory for the price that I originally signed up for. They will not provide that. Instead, they are trying to get more money out of me for their so called mistake, which I feel is intentional. They even asked to put my husband on the loan this time, i requested for them to run it just him because he makes more income and has less debt, somehow, he is not approved for the loan without trading in a vehicle. This all seems like a major scam. Please give me a call 561-628-5065. I need a solution. My family works hard to be able to afford this, we do not deserve to be treated so poorly.I do not understand how a dealership ruins a vehicle and tries to charge the customer more for a replacement vehicle.All they need to do is put a down payment on the new vehicle or drop the price. They refuse. They want me to settle on paying more money for the same exact vehicle I just purchased.I did not ruin it they did! Belle glade chevrolet has dropped the ball,they only want to partially repair their mistake and make me take a vehicle the could leave me and my family stranded on the side of the road,that way I will need to bring it back for repairs and they can later charge me for their negligence.or I can be charged more money for the same vehicle.They know safety is my first priority.i have stressed to them multiple times that I do not feel safe driving the route that I drive in a vehicle thats damaged.
